We waren op zoek naar een Mazda CX-5 en vonden deze bij Garage Kil, niet direct om de hoek voor ons dus eerst even gebeld met Tristan. Hij neemt alle tijd om vragen te beantwoorden en een proefrit te regelen. Eenmaal in Volendam aangekomen weer een prettig gesprek met Tristan gehad en eerst in de showroom de auto bekeken, zag er super netjes uit! Wederom alle tijd om van alles te bespreken en daarna natuurlijk de proefrit: helemaal top, de auto voldeed ruim aan de verwachtingen! 2 weken de auto opgehaald en vanaf dat moment helemaal happy met de keuze voor deze auto en de garage. Betrouwbaar, vertrouwd en prettig.

Vervolgens is Garage Kil daarmee aan de slag gegaan en hebben ons gedurende het process voor het vinden van de perfecte auto continue op de hoogte gehouden. De klantvriendelijkheid en klantgerichtheid zijn uitzonderlijk goed en ze streven er echt naar het beste voor de klant. Een absolute aanrader!

We recently bought a Kia Ceed from Garage Kil, and we would be happy to recommend them to anyone (esp. expats as they walk you through the entire purchase process). Our interactions were primarily with Tristan, who was exceedingly kind and patiently answered all our questions regarding the purchase. Most importantly, at any point, he did not pressure us into the purchase. When we first went to try the car, it was unfortunately not in a perfect condition (the battery was low on charge). We were disappointed and had second thoughts about the dealership—how could they not keep the car in a perfect condition especially when we were coming from afar to try it? The manner in which they handled the situation, however, assured us about how much they care. They took the car to servicing and kept us informed about the issue—it was a minor one. They explained to us the reason behind the issue and helped us understand why it was not a red flag. Overall, we are very happy with the purchase and feel that we received an excellent offer.
