From the email, they asked me to contact them by phone first and then on WhatsApp, to send all the photos in order to evaluate a possible trade-in — and then they completely disappeared. I never received any further reply, neither by email (to which I sent two follow-ups) nor on WhatsApp. If they weren’t interested in the trade-in, they could have simply said so, and we could have considered a purchase without it. Basic courtesy in replying is the foundation of any business relationship. Very bad experience and a clear sign of poor professionalism. What a shame!

L'offre de ce type de véhicule doit avoir un minimum d'informations, état général etc en définitive lorsque j'ai demandé à essayer le véhicule....réponse :" à ce prix là le véhicule n'est pas roulant .Je peux le comprendre ayant une Rolls Royce Shadow 1975 pure française.! Gassmann a 500 voitures en stock presque toutes US !
