Am Anfang gab es gar keine Rückmeldung vom Autohaus auf meine Mail, nach der 2. Mail habe ich angerufen - man erreichte niemand. Es hat lange gebraucht, bis ich dann mal was bekommen habe - dann habe ich das Auto reserviert - und mich zum Glück noch mal rückversichert (ich fahre 500 km) da bekomme ich gesagt, das Auto ist reserviert, aber nicht für mich ... dann eine Mail, der Kunde kam nicht, wieder angerufen, nicht mehr reserviert bekommen, da ich für 3 Tage weg bin - mittags dann eine Mail, wann ich kommen würde - und kurze Zeit später, eine Mail, der Kunde vom Samstag war da und hat das Auto gekauft .... Ehrlich? Schön für das Autohaus, aber so ein Verhalten, 10 Tage lang ein Hinhalten ... geht gar nicht - nie nie wieder würde ich dieses Autohaus in Betracht ziehen. Tut mir leid - aber bei so viel Geld, kann ich auch Service erwarten!

Leider kam die Transaktion nicht zustande.  Aber ich empfehle den Verkäufer, sehr guter Kontakt und nachdem ich nach weiteren Daten zum Auto gefragt habe, habe ich sofort weitere Informationen und Fotos vom Fahrzeug erhalten.  Alles ist zuverlässig und verbirgt keine Mängel.

Extremely professional, answered my questions very quickly by email.
But when I come but after wanting to take over the vehicle as soon as possible, I paid the deposit and the day after the full amount of the bill at the Autosalon, neither the vehicle nor the gentleman with whom I was communicating all the time and arranging the purchase met me.

After countless calls, he replied that he was working from another office and that someone else would bring the vehicle that was in another warehouse.

When they came with the car, there was 15 cm of snow on the car, it was all frozen.  I asked how I should inspect the car, who would clean it, they said that they would not arrive.  I took a brush and cleaned the car, after that they asked me for winter tires and rims, where I had to risk driving with summer tires on a mountain road 20 km to the vulcanizer.
When I returned, there was a problem with the tire pressure, they reset it, but they couldn't give it to me  car because the payment from the bank was not visible to them.

They found me a nearby hotel where I stayed the night and in the morning they came to pick up my car.
The TPMS sensors showed an error again, and with my insistence that they fix it, the gentleman cheekily told me that he didn't have the people to do it, that they were busy and that I should go to the gas station and pump up the tires myself.
I said that I didn't want to have to travel 1000 km and that I didn't want to take over the vehicle in that condition.  Then he brazenly pulled out the hose from the compressor and pounded on my door with a gun (ok, the paintwork was not damaged), all the tires were at 2.0 bar 😟😟😟😟.

The car is really TOP, but that gentleman is very nervous and disorganized. To all the other employees, thank you very much, they are really hardworking and professional.

Sehr langsam bei der Bearbeitung 

Ich hatte den Händler kontaktiert da war der Wagen zu haben bekam aber keine Antwort nach ein Par Tage habe ich wider nachgefragt daraufhin antwortete die das auch mehre interessierte sind auf den Wagen da dauerte die Bearbeitung länger 
Für mich haben die abgewartet das sich mehre sich melden und denn ausgesucht an wen sie es verkaufen 
In das finde ich nicht korrekt .
